MISSION STATEMENT

"Our mission is to serve God to the fullest of our ability while we are still young, because we do not know what tomorrow may bring. We will be disciples for Christ no matter where we are; church, home and school, proclaiming that we are not ashamed of the gospel."

Our young people come together under the direction of the YPD director for regular rehearsals, participatory training in the worship services and determining opportunities to help the church and the children in the community. They learn stewardship through diverse fund-raising activities such as bake sales and car washes, and fellowship through a variety of fun activities. And as our children continue to persevere despite temptations, tribulations, traps and treachery from the enemy, they are proving that they are more than conquerors! Let's keep them lifted up in prayer so that they may keep up the good work in 2009!
